62	Apologies of absence from Cllr S Cottle.

63	(a) Planning application received from Mr C Hancock The Orchard 
	Petrockstowe Nol/0064/2006/FUL
	4 Units at the Countrywest store. Councillors recommended that 
	permission should be granted. all present agreed. Cllr Johnston 
	Queried no sanitary accommodation in unit 3.

	(b) Application received from Miss K Rogers "Jefferys" Beaford 
	No 0108/2006/LBC.
	Location: Tight Corner Cottage 5 The Square Petrockstowe 
	Removal of part kitchen wall, lowering of kitchen and hallway 
	Floor No objections all present agreed.

64	TDC planning document copies of letter had been forwarded to all 
	Cllrs. Clerk to write in favour if it will before local needs and 
	affordable housing.

65	Clerk had received a letter from the Royal British Legion, in regarding 
	A new collector for our area due to Mrs Hardwickes retirement,
	Cllr Johnston proposed that it should be passed to the editor of the 
	Petrockstowe News, as it wasn't council business, to be advertised the 
	next month.
