HALL ON WEDNESDAY 1-12-04 AT 7pm

 54.0    Apologies of absence From Cllrs R Watts A Hunkin.

 55.0    Planning Applications

 55.1    Applications have been from Mr G Mitchell Land adjourning 
         3 Springfield Petrockstowe Erection of dwelling house. 
         Nol/2223/2004/REM. No Objections from Cllrs.
 55.2    Mr & Mrs W Douglas-Mann Larkworthy Farm Petrockstowe 
         Conversion of redundant agricultural building to holiday use. 
         No 1/2265/2004/COU. No Objections from the council 

 56.0    Correspondence

 56.1    Letter read from the TDC on the items raised to Cllr Rawlinson at  
	 the last meeting on the roads, Millwood Homes and signs.
 56.2    Cllr Luxton reported that some of the potholes had been filled on 
	 Sheepwash -Patchill road
 56.3    Sign has been replaced at Northtown Cross.
 56.4    Millwood Homes have filled one of the trenches not the other as 
	 yet.
 56.5    Technicen to look at the water over flowing on to the road past 
	 Aish Cross.
 56.6    Hopefully work is going to be done on Brandise Hill starting  
         Week beginning 3rd December (weather permitting).

	 No other business meeting closed at 7-15.
